What This Training Focuses On

This training is designed for both field delineators seeking applied technical depth and PMs or planners who need working literacy in California wetland and stream compliance. It focuses on practical wetland and stream challenges commonly encountered in California project settings, including:

  • Waters of the State concepts and delineation logic

  • Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) versus Top of Bank decision-making

  • Arid and dryland stream systems and common uncertainty areas

  • How delineation decisions affect downstream permitting

  • Writing defensible documentation that holds up during review
